For an important Start Up valued at more than USD $ 1.5b, we are lookingo for a Marketing Manager
Some responsabilities:
- Design, build and manage an inbound marketing and branding/awareness strategy, that ultimately will result in measurable growth
- Define and drive digital marketing strategy
- Developing and executing scalable marketing plans
- Lead and direct the creative marketing team in the product on of all marketing content.
- Ensure visual communications is consistent and meets the brand standards.
- Work with PR and media partners to craft buzz-worthy campaigns
- Helping shape the overall partner marketing strategy
- Developing tools and processes to support and empower our account management and territory account management
- Coordinate product and city launches as we grow our presence in Santiago
What we are looking for:
- T-shaped marketer/leader, i.e. an expert in at least one thing but also somewhat capable in many other things.
- Experienced in building and leading a team of skilled marketers.
- Growth mindset.
- Amazing problem-solving capabilies.
- Experience in scaling up marketing functions, preferably in a mobile-first or mobile-only startup.
- 7 years of work experience in strategy, digital marketing and/or content marketing
- Strong hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
- Fluent in English
- Experience designing and launching new business/marketing programs from scratch, from the idea on phase to implementation to post-launch optimization
- Strong command of financial metrics, with a talent for using data to inform marketing or business strategy
- Excellent communicator – genera ng enthusiasm and buy-in and comfortable with C-level influencing
- Energetic, can-do and passionate about what you do
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Goes all the way from strategy to execution
- Hungry to do something new – do something that has not been done before
- A team player who gets energy from succeeding as a team
- BBA required; MBA strongly preferred
