We are looking for a Logistic Manager.
Responsible for Logistic operation for Hisense Argentina. Responsible for logistics processes related to comemrcial product portfolio according to business needs. Responsible for Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation.
- Strategically manage Warehouse& Distribution networks in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures for Warehouse &Distribution;
- Introduce and evaluate the competitive 3rd suppliers/carriers for the Warehouse and Distributions ;
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system;
- Ensure all the transportation meets the planning, efficiency, safety, cost etc standards;
- Achieves annual logistics rate budget and monthly review with corrective actions to meets targets;
- Maintains logistics teams good results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
- IT support and improvement on the logistics system and tools to enhance the efficiency and fulfillment on the WMS/TMS if need
