Position Summary

This is a critical role in the Marketing organization, on the Consumer Experience Team.

The candidate will be part of a team focused on building strategic and operational capability in Media and dynamic content creation, and Omnichannel planning and delivery across the organization.

The applicant will help strategically & systematically improve the ROI of media, and curate & implement data-driven insights and decisioning to drive continuous results.

The candidate will establish and implement superior media operations which enable analysis of critical information, provide media strategy and management to our brands’ portfolio, build internal and external relationships and collaboration, and manage compliance in a highly regulated category and an emerging data and privacy landscape.

The postulant must be highly organized and an excellent multi-tasker, exhibit strategic and operational competence, be comfortable navigating change, and adept at nimble re-prioritization.

The candidate will need to work closely with the entire Consumer Experience Team and Marketing Team on the day-to-day business while implementing a multi-year media transformation roadmap and managing mid & long-term projects. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Support the Marketing team and the full portfolio of brands in implementing a new planning and governance process and operational model, manage and steward the media budget and plans with our media agencies and vendors, champion and apply media effectiveness principles and metrics, guide the development of best in class plans and execution. Support day-to-day media management for media plan delivery, budgets, authorizations, and approvals.
  • Drive the quality, effectiveness, and impact of The company Southern Cone’s media strategy, and establish and implement operational process and best practices that increase productivity and impact.
  • Advise internal Marketing teams, providing media expertise to inform business decisions including investment prioritization, asset development and content optimizations.
  • Manage and quality check data to feed local and global campaign reporting and budget management. Operationalize data-driven marketing best practices and partner with internal analytics & agency to leverage performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide different media & content-related-pilots project management oversight and leadership.

Nature & Scope

  • Reports to the Consumer Experience Manager. The Consumer Experience Team is part of the Southern Cone Marketing Team and it´s strictly linked to Latam & Global initiatives, a center of excellence focused on building strategic capability and effectiveness at the intersection of media, content and technology that accelerates our growth.

  • The Consumer Experience team’s primary focus is to drive the quality, effectiveness and impact of The Company Southern Cone’s media and content, in partnership with our agencies, vendors and Marketing Teams.

  • A significant focus will be on systematically improving media and content effectiveness and ROI, enabling the continuous improvement of return from our marketing investments, year over year, without sacrificing innovation or creativity.
  • The ideal candidate should be looking to drive impact and change while being sensitive to the power of change management and strategic influence.

Team management and talent development

  • Manage a team of 6 (based in Chile & Argentina). Define & review team roadmap, priorities & individual objectives.
  • Oversee management of team budget.
  • Coach and mentor team members on a regular basis.
  • Develop talent: facilitate integration into roles, empower team members in their respective missions, support in building and tracking individual development plan.


Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Experience / Background

  • Minimum 5 years of media planning experience, with preferred experience working on multiple brands.
  • Candidate must be proficient in cross-channel media planning and measurement and have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be fluent in modern media across all touchpoints (video, audio, social, display, SEO/SEM, OOH, TV) and buying models (direct, mobile, programmatic, marketplace).
  • Project management skills: planning and organization ability – structured, organize own and other’s time effectively.
  • Nice to have: experience with data-driven decisioning via MMM (and/or MTA) and generating insights for performance analytics and reporting.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
