We are looking for a Delivery Operations Senior Manager to ensure that key processes and practices are implemented effectively throughout our organization. The Operations Senior Manager responsibilities include maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s consultants on our projects, in alignment with the company local and global strategies.
1- You define, operate, control, and adjust the governance of the Operations area: organization, processes, performance indicators and methodology, with a transversal preoccupation for quality, security, and communication.
2- You supervise the management of projects in software development, together with the development team you will be the bearer of the company know-how.
3- You nurture trust relationships with our clients through meaningful meetings and events.
4- You are responsible for the people management of the Operations department: performance objectives and evaluation, career and learning plans, development of Technical Communities.
5- You are accountable for the operational margin of each service.
6- You participate in the bid management, coordinating and contributing to offers and technical proposals.
7- You have a day-to-day active communication with the business development teams.
8- You participate in business meetings and prepare the team for technical presentations with prospects and customers.
9- You handle the technological leadership of the Operations team; you are also responsible for the team’s capabilities and skills ramp-up.
10- You take actively part of the implementation of the the company internal assets for Delivery Industrialization.
What are we looking for:
• Engineering degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Software Development role.
• 7 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, you lead teams of 20-30 people.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Agile projects.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (fluent written / oral imperative). French language would be a nice to have
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
